What we are Looking For:
Master Diesel Mechanic
A master Diesel Mechanic, that will keep up our level of commitment to safety and provide top-notch customer service. The main goal will be to diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers or maintain and repair any type of diesel engine. Those with stellar auto mechanic skills can be trained to work on diesel. The qualifying candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, energetic, enjoy helping people, and must have the ability to interact and communicate with the customer, as well as, other members of the organization. Also, includes mechanics working primarily with medium-duty and heavy-duty diesel engines and electrical repairs on trucks and trailers.

Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Technical Skills

Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it. -
Controlling operations of equipment or systems. -
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly -
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed

- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals fo the system
Resource Management Skill
- Managing one’s own time and the time of others

- Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use fo equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
Computer Skills
- Must be able to use a tablet or computer to enter tickets
- Needs to know how to use diagnostic software computers for all types of heavy-duty and medium-duty engines
Journeyman, Diesel Technician
Two plus years of experience, self-motivated and can diagnose engine, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and after-treatment systems. Knowledgeable with diagnostic software. Clean, drug-free, and organized. Welding is a plus
